Our family had a fantastic time exploring the beautiful hiking and biking trails in the area surrounding Hotel I Ciliegi. The mountain biking routes were exhilarating, and the hiking trails offered stunning views of the countryside. There was something for everyone, from easy paths for the little ones to more challenging trails for the older kids. We enjoyed immersing ourselves in nature and creating lifelong memories together as a family.
In my wife's opinion, it would be great if the hotel had a dedicated play area for children. My kids wished there was a space where they could play and socialize with other young guests.

Convenient location near main attractions and easy access to transportation. Room was clean and spacious. The breakfast selection was decent with a variety of foods to choose from.
This hotel was a disappointment. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and made for a terrible sleeping experience.

Good location for freeway access and good parking. Pleasent Staff.
Old and dated. Run down establishment. Rooms are small and could hear other guests through the night. All rooms are smocking and the small is bad. Breakfast is basic and on the cheap side.

Leaving it in the morning!
The hotel is in what I would describe as an industrial area used by truckers for access to the motorway. It was dirty and run down, however, to be fair the room appeared to be slightly cleaner than the rest of the hotel. There is no way this hotel should be allowed to market itself as a 4 star hotel. I would give it no more than 1 star. It badly needs an overhaul.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location near the highway exit made it incredibly convenient for us to reach our destination quickly. In addition, the hotel is just a stone's throw away from the famous outlet mall, The Mall, allowing us to indulge in some guilt-free shopping. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the room service to the housekeeping. We also appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival, which added a nice touch to our stay. The room amenities were impressive, with features like heating, air conditioning, and a well-stocked mini-bar. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, enhancing our level of comfort.
For families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we wholeheartedly recommend this place.

I had a great value for my money at Hotel I Ciliegi. The room wasnice and neat, and the location near the highway made it easy to find. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when it came to recommending nearby attractions and restaurants.
The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of foods.

This hotel is conveniently located right off of the highway, making it easy to explore the entire Tuscany province. the parking area is large, and the staff is helpful and attentive. the room was clean and the air conditioning kept it comfortable during the hot summer days. the breakfast was satisfactory and there was even good coffee available in the morning.
The noise from the nearby highway can be a little disruptive at times.

Great Location: The hotel's convenient location near the Incisa exit of the A1 motorway made it incredibly easy for us to explore the beautiful Tuscan countryside. It felt like having a well-connected hub to the rest of Tuscany, just like how bees have their hive to efficiently fly around and gather nectar.
Shower Faucet Issue: The shower faucet in our room unfortunately had a tendency to fall off. It was a minor inconvenience, but still, a drip too many for a seamless shower experience.

The hotel seemed to be popular with large groups, making it a bit noisy at times. the restaurant had a limited menu and the food quality was inconsistent.
